1.3 Custodiex is an provider of real-time cold storage custody technology, for the protection of digital assets ("Digital Assets" include crypto currencies and any other tokens that provide value or rights) to banks, financial institutions, custodians, and governments. It does not offer any trading services in respect of Digital Assets or Fiat Money ("Fiat Money"which term means legal tender whose value is backed by the issuing government). Custodiex is a technology company providing hardware, software, and consultancy services.
